Silk Screening Details

Color Options

We offer silk screening in up to three colors per design, using either standard inks or PMS color-matching.

• Standard Ink Colors: Black, White, Gray, Silver, Gold, Brown, Red, Burgundy, Pink, Orange, Yellow, Teal, Forest Green, Kelly Green, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, and Purple.

• PMS Color-Matching: For specific color needs, we can match any PMS color for an additional $15.00 per color.

Pricing & Fees

• Set-Up Fees:

  • First-time orders: $30.00

  • Re-orders: $20.00

Minimum Order Requirements

• A minimum order of 25 boxes of the same type (e.g., 25 one-bottle boxes) is required for silk screen customization.

• Please note: You cannot combine different box sizes to meet the 25-box minimum.

Artwork Submission

Please email your artwork or logo as a .pdf, EPS Vector, or .jpeg (minimum 600dpi) to: orders@spiritedshipper.com

Turnaround Time

• Your order will typically be fulfilled within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.

• The silk screen setup and final printing will take 10-14 business days from the time your artwork is approved.
