Screen printing , which we do in-house, is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto the cardboard or wood wine box, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.

Then, a blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet your wine gift boxes and lay the ink down. A screen printing machine is used for high volumes and gets your custom wine box finished quickly. Screen printing personalizes your custom wine box inexpensively and quickly.
